Friday 28 July – Sunday 6 August

Pop Up North Queensland (PUNQ) is a festival of pop-up exhibitions and shops curated to reflect the shifting cultural landscape of North Queensland, and to activate empty spaces throughout the CBD. The festival will feature screenings, performances, workshops, artist talks, music and some of the coolest, most unique pop-up shops around!

Coinciding with the Australian Festival of Chamber music, now in its 26th year, and the ninth Strand Ephemera, Townsville will be hopping! PUNQ gives artists a space in the CBD, and a chance to get their work out into the world, activating the area and demonstrating the importance of a vibrant and active community and the exciting possibilities of creative business.
