My photography explores the idea that crossing physical, emotional, and psychological boundaries enables us to create places that exist somewhere between real and fantasy worlds. My camera is a tool devoid of feelings or opinions about how I use it. No fancy tricks – just settings for me to manipulate and lenses to ‘dress’ with customised filters. I’m not looking for sharp images or to follow the rules of photography; instead, I'm revealing what I see, recording what my senses tell me about the subjects; crafting what I imagine could happen if something changed reality just for a moment.
