• Collections management
• Develop a system to the archival collections, catalogues and programmes
• Ensuring that there is adequate documentation of the organization’s functions and activities for administrative, cultural, historical and curriculum purposes
• Providing access to records documenting the development and history of the Umbrella Studio collection
• Apply methods of “best practice” to ensure that records of the functions and activities of Umbrella Studio are documented by correct collection management procedures
• Maintain an environment and methods of storage conducive to the long-term management and preservation of records of continuing value
• Prepare budgets and ensure effective administration of resources for archival program
