My work has an emotional/intuitive rather than a rational basis. I am inspired by natural forms, as well as the spaces between forms, which emanate their own electricity.

I work with a variety of materials, but I particularly love the organic properties of clay, which allows me to express the entirety of things that is so absent in the way humans and the rest of the natural world co-habit.

Everything I make from clay is hand built either by sculpting, coiling, or both. I prefer natural finishes, utilising natural oxides and the natural chemicals present within the clay.
