My work is predominantly photographic and focuses on the technique of tabletop photography to create pseudo scientific sets that are often representative of alien landscapes with unexpected trajectories. The idea is linked to our reliance on technology and in particular the robot, a place where there is no measure of time or space but where our existence relates to machines not nature.

This concept is not a new concept however the work aims to deal with the subject in a humorous manner using cardboard cut outs vibrant colours and retro robots to create stylized constructed images. Other images are more straight forward and are 'still life’s' of objects found, collected and rearranged to create exciting internal spaces.
